Why is the region change button gone? How to get it back?

Hello, I've encountered a problem. In the Apple Store, I changed my (Ukraine) region to another (Poland), after which the "region/country" button disappeared from the device. No subscriptions, I have no family access. What to do? How can I fix it, and is it even possible?( I have an iPhone 13)
