Keyboard Logging Cache Disable?

Is there a way to disable keyboard logging cache? Being able to retrieve what has been typed could be an issue for those in regulated industries. Does the remote wipe capability also clear the keyboard cache?

You can reset the cache for specific apps, like Safari, by tapping Settings> the App name.

You can also Reset the keyboard dictionary from Settings> General> Reset.

From The iPhone User Guide:
http://manuals.info.apple.com/enUS/iPhone_iOS4_UserGuide.pdf
You add words to the keyboard dictionary by rejecting words iPhone suggests as you type. Tap a word to reject the correction and add the word to the keyboard dictionary. Resetting the keyboard dictionary erases all words you’ve added.
