This happened twice in a day. I had around 20 tabs opened in Safari. When I closed one of those tabs, all of the other tabs were also closed. How can I recover the closed tabs/URLS?
Pressing and holding the Safari icon did not bring up the option to re-open any window. Thank you.

Is it possible that you accidentally just changed to a different "tab group". If not, you may need to use history to reopen those tabs. Safary does not automatically close tabs so I'm not sure why you experienced that.
