I might have created my own problem, when looking in finder I noticed photos or pictures was missing? I then tried to find it in Apps not there. I tried copying it back to finder and now it resides in Creative Cloud files, Photo Libraries. Can you tell me how to fix this. Thank you.

Since I use an Adobe product, I have a folder in my Applications folder called "Adobe Creative Cloud." Is that the folder that you mean?
And are you talking about your Photos Library package with the extension ".photoslibrary?" The Photos Library belongs in your user's Picture folder. If you mean anything else, let us know.
If this is what you mean, then have the "Adobe Creative Cloud" folder open so you can see the Library. Also have the Pictures folder open. Then option-drag the Photos Library to the Pictures folder. A copy will remain in the Adobe folder--drag it to the trash.
Double click on the Photos Library package in the Pictures folder. This should open the Library in Photos.

I drag the Photos Library to the Pictures folder and that seemed to fix the problem. Thank for responding.
