Unable to delete a workout in Apple Health

I need to delete a workout I incorrectly logres using my Apple Watch yesterday.

Other threads day to go to the workout in the Apple Health APP and slide left to delete. I am unable to slide workouts any where.

Another thread. Said to select the red minus sign next to the workout. I do not have a red minus sign either.

Hi all

I now have an answer to my own question!

Take the following rote in Apple Health app

  1. workouts
  2. Data Sources and Access
  3. Apple Watch
  4. NOW you can either señor left to delete, or tap edit at the top of the page and click the red minus sign next to the offending record
