Would it be possible to get a macbook air M2 ordered in to dubai with a hungarian keyboard? It would be a lot cheaper to buy it there rather than to get it in my home country, and i would only buy it there if it had a hungarian keyboard. I know they dont usually have it in stock but I'm just curious if they would to it on some occasions.

Only if the Apple online store in Dubai offers them for sale on its website. Otherwise normally you will have to travel to a country which does offer hungarian, or buy from a non-Apple source. Apple stores do not ship outside their own country.
You can't buy a hungarian machine in the US, and I suspect there are not very many places that offer them.

You can order different keyboard layout through the Apple Official Website. I ordered a French Keyboard layout MBA for my French family.
In US, the keyboard layout selection can be seen below:
The special keyboard MacBook will be delivered to you (my experience: it was delivered to my home address, not to the Apple Store which I preferred). If there is an Apple Store, pay a visit there - they might able to help you to find out.
