Double billing for Fitbit app in App Store

I was billed two times for the Fitbit app. I don’t even have a Fitbit anymore. Because they break I was charged twice in 2024. I just canceled them because I just noticed. I’ve tried to request a refund, but there isn’t a place to write Fitbit and it’s not recognizing the amount of $79.99. I been billed two times I expect to get a refund.
