In Australia i am unable to download my purchased season seven outlander final episode eight. All other seven episodes downloaded regularly a week apart but this one has gone past the date. I’ve tried all I can and I cannot resolve it myself. Please help.

Hello for your helpful suggestion. I have contacted the iTunes Store but the best thing I could do is provide me with a case number but no resolution. It turns out I’ve paid for season seven but you can’t see as a customer how many episodes you paid for. The Apple helper person told me that I’d only paid for 15 not 16. She also said it depends what region I am in despite I told them many times I live in Australia they wasn’t able to tell me if it’s been released here. So altogether I’m not impressed with the Apple Store.Grr
Please contact the iTunes Store staff for any issues with specific purchased titles (season passes) from the iTunes Store.
