My iPhone 13 mini won't ring while receiving incoming calls

I've checked my ringer and maximized the volume, and my phone isn't on silent mode, but I'm missing phone calls because there's no sound when calls come in. I've also turned my phone off and back on. Siri doesn't help. This has been a problem for a long time with multiple iPhones, and I don't know what setting I might have changed to disable the ringer. I'm also at my MacBook with FaceTime open, but that doesn't seem to help. "Silence Unknown Callers" is off, and it's not a blocked contact.
