Apple Wallet charged $9.99 for Roblox subscription despite cancellation

Hi so, apparently roblox charged my apple wallet $9.99 without my knowledge and when I tried making a purchase it said payment failed so OBVIOUSLY I WAS CONFUSED until I found out it renewed a Subscription that I had CANCELLED long ago but the thing is I had bought Robux before without any issue and now all of a sudden it charged me those $9.99 dollars. So naturally I went to refund the purchase but when I tried to it said “This purchase does not have a receipt” so now i’m stuck in a corner and Idk if there’s another way to refund it because I DON’T WANT IT!

😭🙏

Please help.

Sounds like the charge has not been finalized due to lack of funds. You may see it show as "Pending", and in that case a refund cannot be requested. You cannot request a refund on a Pending charge. Is the email you received from Apple or Roblox? The Apple email should have a link that takes you to the Report a Problem site.

  • In addition, Roblox has 2 options for subscriptions when using their app. The in-app purchase is managed by Apple and is cancelled by following the steps here:

View or cancel app subscriptions on iPhone - Apple Support

  • The other method that Roblox uses is by directing you to their website for Subscriptions that are managed by Roblox and not Apple. These subscriptions must be cancelled through them and Apple has not part in those subscriptions or refunds. Details about the subscription options Roblox has is available here:

Then if the Support Link on the bottom of the page to Request a Refund does not work:

For more information about refund requests or for other refunds that you can’t request on reportaproblem.apple.com, contact Apple Support.

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Then contact Apple directly by phone, here:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

I have already tried to cancel the subscription from the app store and it did cancel it but nothing changed, the mail receipt came from apple themselves and when I try clicking any support links it takes me to the same website where I try to request a refund with the reason being “I didn’t mean to renew this subscription” and it keeps saying “This Purchase doesn’t not have a receipt” I tried going to roblox for help but their website says they cannot offer any refunds and those must be made by the providers I used.
