Make sure you are using the Apple cable that came with your iPhone and an Apple branded charger. Try changing outlets as well.


The electric sensation can also be the result of wet or moist hands. Make sure your hands are dry before handling an iPhone connected to the charger. If you must handle with wet hands, disconnect the iPhone from the charger first.
