Apple Sign-In - can't receive e-mail from App to HME

Hello!

I've been having problems with HME notification for two weeks (more or less).

I use the Zalando mobile app (or website) and log in using Apple Sign-In.

Everything was working fine until now.

I can't receive any emails from the sender (Zalando) to my uniqe @privaterelay adress and I don't know why. I checked all the settings and found nothing.

I also sent an email to the address (from my workplace to @privaterelay address; the same from Zalando app) and still nothing. Didn't come.

Any advice?
