Not available in my country or region?

I keep getting told that the app I am trying to download is nota available in my country or region while trying to use my new backbone one? I signed up for the backbone one yearly subscription and then went to sign up for apple arcade it timed out and I had to redo it but that was all, it let me create an account but every game I try tells me not available for this country or region. I checked my region in Setting but it lists USA, any help would be appreciated!
