refund not showing up in my bank
A refund was put back on my Apple Pay, which was linked to my bank account. Cannot find it. Who do I call?

Refunds do not involve Apple or Apple Pay. The merchants bank will send funds directly to the account you used for payment. If you need to track a refund, contact the merchant issuing the refund and request the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) and then provide the number to your bank.
