Green screen after water damage in iPhone speakers
My phone got water in the speakers and now my screen is a see through green

Your phone has sustained liquid damage. You can schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation, but I'd be prepared to buy a new phone. Liquid damage can't be fixed and Apple won't typically make any attempt to fix a liquid damaged phone.
