"Recovery key loss and forgotten Apple Account password for iPhone 12 Pro: i wrote my recovery key on a paper for my original icloud (k***r@icloud.com) then i lost the paper and i forgot my icloud password , and im not able to sell my iphone 12 pro because im unable to sign out of my old original icloud (k***r@icloud.com) what should i do ?"

Take this in for a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. Bring a proof pf purchase with you. There, it would be diagnosed, and you'd be provided with assistance to get back in to this signed-in iPhone.

When you set up a recovery key, you turn off Apple’s standard account recovery process. The original poster won’t be able to use that standard account recovery process in this case since they set up a recovery key. If you they lost their recovery key and access to a logged in device, they are permanently locked out of their Apple Account.

If you are logged into your Apple Account on another trusted device, you may be able to generate a new recovery key. Otherwise, you'll need to find your key or you will forever be locked out of your account. Only you can regain access, Apple cannot help.
