How to downgrade Apple Watch Series 5 to a version compatible with iPhone 7s

Question

i got an Apple Watch Series 5 and i have been trying to pair it with an iPhone 7s and i keep getting two error messages:

1: if i try to pair it normally by scanning the screen i get iPhone needs to update

2: if i pair it manually by entering the code. I get Apple Watch needs to update flash on the screen for 2 seconds

i know these two devices are way out of support but please help thanks!

If the Apple Watch 5 has watchOS 10 installed, you will need an iPhone that has at least iOS 17 installed.

If there is an Apple Store next to your place, make a Genius Bar Appointment and ask them, if downgrading watchOS can be down in your case.

What is the current version of iOS on the iPhone

and the current version of watchOS on the watch?

If the watch has been updated to a version that the

iPhone does not support, you will not be able to pair

them.

Apple watches cannot now, nor have they ever been able to downgrade the version of watchOS they are running. Sorry.
