How to downgrade Apple Watch Series 5 to a version compatible with iPhone 7s

i got an Apple Watch Series 5 and i have been trying to pair it with an iPhone 7s and i keep getting two error messages:

1: if i try to pair it normally by scanning the screen i get iPhone needs to update

2: if i pair it manually by entering the code. I get Apple Watch needs to update flash on the screen for 2 seconds

i know these two devices are way out of support but please help thanks!

If the Apple Watch 5 has watchOS 10 installed, you will need an iPhone that has at least iOS 17 installed.

If there is an Apple Store next to your place, make a Genius Bar Appointment and ask them, if downgrading watchOS can be down in your case.
