Fix 2K 25 arcade edition

I have an issue with 2K 25 arcade edition it just reset my whole thing y’all **** on 2K don’t know how to run y’all game. Don’t know how to do nothing and I’m pressing charges on you so can somebody please fix my game or I’m pressing charges thank you or reset it?
