Full screen incoming calls not showing up full screen

Hi,

For every contact i have in my contacts the incoming calls never show up as full screen. i have tried to go to phone , settings and set it to full screen for my incoming calls but it always shows up as banner style. Do i need to change something else?

Please help

You need to do this for each and every contact. The process initially may seem weird but works well.

Open a contact
Click Edit
Click Edit below the Picture
Select Edit Photo
Move the Circle around the image (just move randomly, a bit)
Choose Photo
Click Done
Next time you receive a call from this contact, it will be full screen!!!!
