iphone 15 lock with notification on screen

How can I restart my Iphone, I’m stuck on this screen even if I click on Allow or dont allow nothing changes

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
