Photo upload issue in iPhone 13 gallery
All the photos in my gallery are appearing now I am not able to upload them.Help plz,Iphone 13

Uploading Photos to iCloud:
Being enabled in, Photos will be accessible and uploaded.
Ennobling Photos:
- Click: Settings
- Tap: your Name (top item)
- Tap: iCloud
- Tap: [various items Photos] (so that it is green)
