media and purches have been disabled
I had my media and purchases disabled on two accounts. I tried to purchase something with the credit card I used for years on this account. It told me this purchase could not be completed. Keep in mind the Apple ID's region, the phone region, and the credit card are from the same country, so I made sure of that. I talked to them; they disabled the whole media and purchases on this device. They told me they would like to schedule a call. I talked to them. They said I had to make a new Apple ID, and I did. same thing over and over again. they call me. they do nothing they keep telling me to try in 24 hours. What is even this? the laziest thing I have ever seen and now I am stuck they disabled the new Apple ID I created, which the advisor told me to make and I really don't know what to do
