iPad 18.2.1 update causing 'new device' issue
Since the 18. 2.1 update, my IPad is always called a ‘new device’ when I use it every day?
Amazon also calls my IPad a ‘new device’ when I sign in.

You can change your iPad's "name" in settings:
Settings > General > About > Name - edit as required
After you change the name, shut-down and then restart the iPad.
