How to engage apple for Apple Pay Support in my country

im looking to get into contact with apple to check what is the criteria for enabling or expanding the Apple Pay support to my country.

I work in a bank and my country just became 100% contactless support in terms of acquiring and issuing and there is alot of question as to when this will be available to us.
