forgot screen time code
I forgot screen time passcode and i select to change it from telephone it also not work so there is another option to do that

If you are not the Organizer of a Family Sharing plan and not able to use the information supplied by Zachyy, contact Apple directly. Of course there is not a way for the user to reset this when the Apple ID recovery is not used on setup as any child that is not part of a Family Sharing plan could do that to override the wishes of the parent/guardian who set it up.

That is why when setting the Screen Time Passcode, you are given the option to use an Apple ID to reset it in case you forget the Screen Time Passcode. If you choose not to enter the Apple ID, then you get another warning that entering a AppleID/Password will be the only way to reset a forgotten passcode and are given another option to enter it. Once you tap "Skip" at that point, you are taking the responsibility that you are not going to forget the Passcode you entered and you can also be assured that the user of the device will not be able to remove it either without that Passcode.
