App Store asking for old Apple Account

I changed my Apple ID and iPhone keeps asking for my old apple ID when I try to update some apps. I have read the replies on this community to the same issue and followed those instructions. This resolved the issue with some apps.

However, when I try to do a new install with my current apple ID with other apps ie FB, IG, Google Earth, TripAdvisor and quite a few others when I click 'Get' to do a new install of those apps App Store is still asking for my old (and no longer used) Apple ID.

Tried logging in to my old apple ID but get a screen message saying that Apple ID is no longer in used or locked.

Very frustrating.
