Hello, guys. Personal hotspot button is never appeared in my new iPhone. I can see it only in the right drop down menu, but I cannot turn it on. My carrier saying that I have it in my plan and it should work. May be the problem is because I have e-sim and usual sim-card they are from different countries. Is it possible that they are incompatible together?

The Hotspot is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
See the Pic below the Hotspot is made available based on the Mobile Data selected and the feature that is enabled by the Carrier
I’ve already spoke to carrier. They told me that I have hotspot feature turned on and they have no restrictions on this feature for me.
This issue came then I get the new iPhone. I had iPhone 13 before with two sim-cards and there was everything alright and hotspot was available.
