First, the title of this problem was rewritten by Apple and is wrong. Please read the following:
Thanks for your replay, but the problem appears to be with the Mail app.
When you click on the senders email address in the email, you get information and the ability to choose "Block Sender. Which I do. In Mail settings you tell the app what to do with blocked mail and I selected Trash.
None of these setting are working in the Mail app.
The blocking is done in Mail not the provider's site. It seems it would be the Mail app that would dictate what happens to the blocked email addresses. All of the setting are in the Mail app not on the providers site. Mail also has a list of the blocked email addresses.
