A camera lens for my Apple 15 pro is cracked. I would like to schedule a repair. I will be traveling several hours for this. Can they do this at the Genius Bar? If so, how long will this take? Can I drop it off and come back for it later in the day? What is the approximate cost without any kind of care package? Thanks, I just don't want to drive all that way for nothing.

What country are you in? What store would you be visiting? Most Apple Retail Stores would not stock the required parts to perform the repair of just sapphire lens cover, bezel etc.
Many stores do stock the entire camera module and if dropped off early enough, say store opening, might be able to have it ready before close. It would really depend on workload in front of your repair.
The value of your time and expense to travel is dependent on the value you place on your device and resale value when you decide to upgrade your iPhone.
I’m a former Apple Store manager and talking to the store makes no difference. They will not preorder parts without diagnosing the issue. They don’t know if it will need a new camera module or just a sapphire protective glass cover. If your want to forgo the less expensive repair and just opt for the camera module replacement they can probably do it in a day.

I'm in the United States. I'm planning to visit an Apple Store/Genius Bar. I really wish I could talk to the store to sort this out, but I can't seem to connect with a real person in the store. Based on what you are saying it doesn't seem worth my time. Thanks so much for your input!
