How do I remove Microsoft Error Reporting on my MacBook Pro?

Over the past few weeks, I have had the Microsoft Error Reporting popping up, and each time I click "OK," it comes right back up!

Questions:

  1. Why does this pop up in the first place?
  2. How can I stop or remove it from popping up? It is quite annoying.

Your screenshot tells you exactly what the issue is.

IF you still don't understand then ask Microsoft support and let them know how annoying it is that they would send a pop-up to warn you about losing your work.
