My iPhone 11 Pro is lagging during games

Hi everyone, I upgraded from Iphone XR [ios 18.1] to Iphone 11 PRO.

And the problem is 11 Pro is on iOS 18.2.1 and its okay, but PLAYING GAMES oh god... its really laggy, for example I tried easy performance game like Brawl Stars and its like 30fps....

But WHEN I Screen record the game, the game is running SMOOTHLY. Iphone XR is perfoming better.... How is that possible that Screen record fix the problem? But its bad.... I tried subway surfers and its bad too... Someone help me please. BTW Sorry for my bad English.
