Ancestry Gallery Photo problem

I have a new problem with Safari on my Ancestry Trees. I am unable to open the thumbnail gallery pictures or documents that I have uploaded. When I click on any chosen upload in any gallery my Apple Mac opens a new ancestry page as before but the page remains blank except for the Ancestry headers along the top of the page. NO photo or document appears and the screen remains blank.

I have tried to change the the cookies as suggested but it makes no difference. I have logged on to an HP laptop on Windows and it works perfectly so the issue is with my Apple Mac.

If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful but must add that I am not a very tech savvy person.

I did call Ancestry and they were helpful by getting me to try opening my tree on another device. That is how I came to find out that it was my Mac computer and Safari that had the problem, not Ancestry.
