How do I unlock iPhone 15 Pro Max stuck in VoiceOver mode?

When using VoiceOver, you need to tap things twice. The first time identifies the thing that you have tapped, the second time activates it. So, for instance, if your passcode was 1234. You would tap the one, it would say one, then you tap it again to activate the 1 and move to the second digit. Do that through to the end and the second tap would activate that and then open the device. Then you need to go to Settings, again tapping things twice to activate them. Go to VoiceOver and turn it off. Hope that helps.

Easiest: If you have Siri enabled for the lock screen, say “Hey Siri, turn off Voiceover”.

If this doesn’t work tap twice anywhere you would normally tap once; for example, to unlock your phone enter your passcode by tapping twice on each digit.
