I need to connect a LaCie storage unit with an apple mini display port to a new 2025 iMac. It was connected to a 2012 iMac with a cable which had mini display port connectors on both ends. I can not seem to find a cable for this for my new iMac. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

assuming that yo mean thunderbolt2 (which is the same type of connector as mini display port) then maybe something like this
