How can I activate Apple Watch?

This day tried but yet again to Activate apple watch,Success!!! I tried with new password set up yesterday and it activated.. I had been trying for sometime with every Password I could think of to actually be the original used when given watch.The new password seemed to be the answer. Thanking you, Yes all information I was unable to supply,they have and verified my email,they have and verified serial number from box watch came in..But I am unable to supply date of purchase,store where purchased address of store,etc.Very frustrating it was purchased for me by a medical organization as I had a couple of falls in my rural address and required same to be able to call for help... once again thanking you !
