Why does my Apple Watch not tracking sleep sometimes?

Everything is set up perfectly on both my Apple watch series 9 and my iPhone 13. Sleep is tracked most nights but periodically, even though the watch is fully charged, and securely on my wrist and all settings are the same, it does not track the sleep. I never had this problem with Fitbit. Sleep focus in on, Sleep tracking is on etc. as per all of the instructions given previously. Is this an Apple watch problem? do others experience this? any solutions?

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

Did you try to delete your Sleep Schedule and set up a new one?

If you check your Health App in those cases, did it record no data at all, or do you see a light blue area instead of the usual sleep phases?
