Iphone16. When I take a photo or video there are a lots of colored dots in different parts of the screen, red, white, green, blue or black. iOS has been updated, 18.2.1. Is this defect of screen or camera? Any idea? Thanks for the helping

If it only happens when you take a picture or a video, it should be a camera issue, but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

That's like really strange...
My guess is that something is wrong with the camera sensor because the screenshots contain the "red".
To check each camera open the camera app and cover one camera and take a photo. This should make the phone move cameras to the other one. Changing the zoom may also do this.
You might want to go get it checked at a authorized repair place or apple store.
