apple pay has stopped scanning

apple pay has stopped scanning, my wallet shows up but cards dont even register anywhere or tickets also do not scan, please help such a pain having to use cards all the time especially if I don’t have my wallet on me.

How to fix Apple Pay when cards don’t scan on any machine? Hey everyone, my apple pay suddenly stopped working. I’d click the power button twice and the card would appear as usual, but the card machines wouldn’t scan. Apple Pay not working, check information My Apple Pay keeps declining, despite the card working fine in person. I never had a problem with my Apple Pay beyond tap until last week when I locked my card now everytime I try to use it it says to check the information on the card. I’ve tried everything from removing and readding the card, making sure my address is correct, everything but I just can’t get it working

So, what exactly happens when you try to use Apple Pay at a merchant’s location? Can you walk me through the process from double clicking the side button to the failure?
