New Mac Mini not printing to Hp Laserjet 5200tn as before

We recently purchase the new MAC Mini running Sequoia 15. Initially we were able to print via USB cable, but in the last 24 hours we can no longer see the printer. It appears as offline, even though physically it is connected via USB. I tried looking for a new driver and tried using the HP Smart app. Neither idea has worked out. Does MAC have a universal driver or can someone help me understand how to better troubleshoot this issue?
