iPhoneXR. Since update 18.2 I’m unable to get any emails. It seems stuck on ‘checking for Mail’. I’ve checked the settings and rebooted but still nothing.

The following steps will resolve most email issues:
If that does not resolve the issue, then you may want to use a web browser to login to your account and inspect the messages in your Inbox and Sent boxes for extremely large attachments or any messages that appear to have corruption. If you find anything suspect, delete those messages through the web, reboot your iPhone, and then try Mail again.
