How can I turn off iOS update notifications in iPad?
I do not want to be notified of iOS updates. How do I turn them off?

You can’t, but you can ignore them. You CAN turn off Automatic Updates, however.
Be aware that iOS updates are the only way Apple fixes security vulnerabilities, so if you don’t keep your iPhone up-to-date you are leaving yourself open to malware.
