Mistakenly scratched my Apple Gift card

Hello, I accidentally scratched my Apple Gift Card too hard, and now part of the code is missing, so I’m unable to redeem it. I would really appreciate your guidance on what steps to take to recover the full code or redeem the card.

Do I need to contact Apple Support for help, and if so, what information or proof of purchase should I provide to verify the card? Are there any specific details I need to include when reaching out?

Please kindly explain the process in detail so I can resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your assistance!

You might need to provide:

  • An image of the full front and back of your card.
  • A sales receipt showing when your card was purchased.
  • The serial number from your card.
