Forgot email and password

I have forgotten my login info for my old iCloud account. I need some info that was saved on that account but it’s been a couple years since I’ve been able to get into it. I’ve created a new one since then but my card is also still be charged $1.99 a month for extra storage in that iCloud and I would like to be able to get into the account, save what I need to my new iCloud and permanently delete my old one.

This article tells you the various ways you can try to discover your forgotten Apple ID --> If you forgot your Apple Account primary email address or phone number - Apple Support Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used. If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top. Look in Keychain, and in a browser's security settings if you use it to automatically sign into Apple when using a browser.

If you find you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery (read this support article: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple Account password - Apple Support ) to regain access to your account. Transferring to a New Apple ID:

There is no such thing as an "iCloud Account". All there is , is your Apple Account.

Saving What Need Be:

I. iCloud:

A. Download All of iCloud:

One thought would be to download all of iCloud, and then search through it in Finder on a Mac. You would download it to an external drive, and then open the drive in Finder. Search through it using the search bar on the top-right corner of the Finder window. Once found, you can trash what's iCloud using FinderUse my user tip: Getting a Quick and Direct "iCloud Drive-to-External Hard Drive" Download - User Tip

B. Download the Rest of iCloud:

Refer tote Apple Support Link: Archive or Make Copies of the Information you Store in iCloud - Apple Support

II. Export Particular Items:

Being for macOS, it is a bit different, but you might find something on there that helps for data recovery. Overview my User Tip: Moving the Music library to a New Apple ID on Pre-Ventura - Apple Support
