Calls are going straight through to voicemail without my phone ringing and if I want to make a call I have to switch my phone on and off each time. Have tried switching airplane mode on and off and have removed and then replaced sim card. The phone is an iphone Xr purchased in 2018

I’ve had this happen on some of my lines over the years and AT&T support has always had to fix the straight to VM issue. Only takes 10 to 15 minutes and all you have to do is turn iPhone off and back on. Easy peasy.
