Unable to connect my AirPods 4 to anything

i got my airpods on christmas, everything worked fine untill 3 days ago. i cant connect my airpods to anything. i tried my school computer, phone, and others phone and still no working. im updated to the latest ios update so im confused why it wont work. when i pair it, the light goes white like normal just dosent pair to anything. i tried restarting my stuff just nothing will work. i have airpod 4s and a iphone 7 and i know a iphone 7 is old but it was working pefectly fine just a couple days ago.
