Add a cross between emoji please

You clearly haven't looked very hard to find them.

Apple is not in charge of creating Emojis, instead the Unicode Consortium is.

However they do have a cross emoji as shown. If that isn't what you want, you can submit your proposals below.

Also on compatible models with Apple Intelligence, you can now create your own custom emojis.
