How do I stop unauthorized Apple charges?

apple is billing me a recurring amount, however i am not aware signing up. pls assist to find how to cancel whatever it is.

I have MANY charges too. my card from apple. I need all charges to stop! I don't know what they are for I have charges from Apple adding up to $145 per month. They seem to be multiple charges for the same thing. I need to know what they are and which ones I can. cancel
