Connect with a Portable Display via HDMI

I have a portable display that I connect to my iPhone via an HDMI cable adapter. Before the release of IOS 18 I had an app (mirroring helper) that would rotate the display so if the phone was in portrait position the display would also show in portrait position. That app no longer works. Does anyone know of an app that would do this under IOS 18 or a portable display that will rotate to show the iPhone image in the same orientation as on the iPhone?
