I can’t seem to be able to add my. Marco Membership Card to my Apple Wallet

It’s your Marco membership, I do not know what app, if any, Marco has that will support their membership. Maybe the place to start is the Marco support team.
I see now that I messed up. The subject read “Costco”, but autocorrect changed my message to “Marco” instead of Costco. I’ve looked through the Costco app, however I do not see a method to add or link the two. Am I missing something?
There are multiple apps under the “Marco” name. Can you please be specific, to avoid any possible fraud per ID theft by unscrupulous individuals.
