Listening to phone call

When my partner is listening to a caller the volume is very low. We have tried settings and also making sure the mesh over the speaker is clear. Tried most things. Any suggestions ? If I reset it I’m afraid of loosing my network settings. Thank you

The only way to increase call volume is with the vol up button during a call.
